yes i can see hands. Kidding, but I have no idea how to change the hands lol. I believe the hand models are baked into the actual character models and to change them would require modelling and rigging knowledge, which I do not have atm

That has to do with the model's skeleton/lack of a proper one.

I just have one question this happens to only certain npc addons but when they die, they fall like they're really elastic do you know how to fix this?

One does not simply make a dog npc in a game with no dogs. Gotta make Riley's own bided... use PirateCatty's old animal scripts... cry that the animations are messed up..
