Check your console, see if there are any errors. Look for errors relating to boss_eye_ and so on.
As for weapons, I'd like to have a character to rig weapons to first. Weapons and armor will likely come after an NPC or PC.
At the moment, I'm doing a lot of research into character and level development. It's taking a lot longer than I expected, but I seem to be making some progress.
As for the problem you mentioned, Yes, they are really floppy. They are missing their joint constraints, which means their joints don't stop where they are supposed to. An example, if your wrist didn't have a constraint, you could rotate it 360 degrees around your arm.
There are numerous other problems, such is missing textures for the eyes, messed up light positions, no LODs, super high rez textures, etc. I was hoping it would be something pretty quick and easy, but I'm afraid this would require an enormous amount of time to fix, time I don't have right now. Sorry, I'll have to decline for now.
inot ether playermodels, or at least fix them (they are super floppy and dont mke good bodys :C)
