sadly has never worked for me. uk terraced housing, stockholm does work very well. but this one doesn't do anything.

Needs "Building Themes" to work. Then have to draw a district where you want this. Then open "District Policy" menu....to the right, top you'll see "Themes."
It will show a list of the themes you have downloaded and can use, one per district, and have grow.

omg, it's working. Pretty sure it was the "antenna" asset that was not activated, since I searched for the assets with the term "trailer", and thought I had all trailer buildings enabled in the content manager...(but the antenna doesn't have the term "trailer" in its name...) after unsubscribing and re-subscribing everything I found the mistake.

Wondering if anyone else has the problem that this theme won't work? I tried districts with other specific building themes, they work, but this one not. I subscribed all the buildings....and they are enabled in the Theme Manager..... I don't know why it won't work.

...And I think I figured it out. Somehow this theme -- and ONLY this theme -- became enabled for my entire city. Once I saw that and turned off theme management for the whole city under City Policies things went back to normal. 👍🏼

I setup a district and enabled the theme and everything seemed ok...but now all my residentals are trailer parks no matter where I place them. I double checked and have it only enabled for THAT district.

This is awesome, boformer, thanks for putting this together. I've got the Mcmansions theme, but I always felt my city was missing some low-income housing. Now it actually feels like there's rural areas outside the city proper.

Actually, for me, the this theme works without doing anything more than enabling it. When I was in game, the theme was an option for my districts and worked just fine.

Districts mod is not conflicting because that mod does not come into effect until a map is loaded, yet the Theme is not showing up in the content manager (but other themes do).

@kaptouka the mod is confirmed to not work with this new version, but I dont think the Districts mod has anything to do with it.

I have all the building models from DethKwok's collection above enabled/subscribed yet when it comes to enabling the theme it says not all buildings are loaded- what have I done wrong?

UPDATE: this morning I tested the american theme, it looks great. Really great. Thanks again.
Moving forward, can anyone add insight on how to determine what mods apply to Mac or PC environments? Always a disappointment when I go and upload only to find out it's a mod that funtions on a PC.

love it, love it, LOVE IT! Just yesterday I bombed on an experiment attempting to create a "trailer park" - like environment. All that great layout design will go unwasted, thank you!!!

PS I'm in favor of some NY style brown stoned architecture too.

ONE MORE ISSUE, so ur mod seems to be also incompatible with the clear skin framework by saphire. sucks cause i like to use that frame skin thingy
