Makes the Security one looks like FLIR and makes the Insurgents one looks like a cheap NVG.

Night vision going back to green when changing maps on same server, this mod needs major attention and its not because the server is on pure_1. Tested Gray, Blue and Red, and they all have the same results. Good mod though.
