I forgot about this thing! Was the first dupe I ever found when I started playing Gmod. still fun to this day and after 10 years I finally figured out that it already has a chair and you dont have to weld a new one on. Whoops.

I was taking it apart to see how it worked and noticed that the "legs" can only spin and can't rotate along any other axis. Anyone know how to replicate this?
