seems to steal alittle too often to be balanced

I would recommend making the steal chance 1/10 to make it less overpowered. Otherwise, great!!:steamhappy:

Got to Spring on a world with Eggbutt. Died instantly - the rain storms make the character get so wet he loses 2 sanity per second, which killed me in about 30 seconds before I had a chance to react. i changed some values and the maths on the function for the wet debuff and uploaded it separately so Eggbutt could get it...it was totally unbalanced and unreasonable xD Will share the changes with you when you're next online so you can update this mod!
