@Bubsav it's gotta be an issue with the ep2 files. You can try verifying the integrity of ep2's files, that'll tell you if anything is missing. If something is missing, try reinstalling ep2. Hope this helps

When you start gmod, go to where you add other game's content and unchecking ep2. Then restart the game and recheck ep2. Just a suggestion though, hope it helps

yeah, i was browsing the '' combine effects'' of ep 1 and 2 and couldn't find it anywhere... it must require another way, such as this addon! Thanks man!

I use this addon and I'm 99% sure you can find the portal storm particles here:

This addon uses the assets that should already exist, so you will not find the particle file by reverse-engineering this addon. There's a certain addon you can get that allows you to create any particle that you have on gmod. Let me look up the exact name
