Apparently you can drink fountain water. Hm. Let's try............
I put one in the shower and it overflowed everywhere, caused a big fire because of my bad design. The power station was next to the shower.

The prisoners go to the Fountain and Drink some Water (or wash themself), so it removes some Hunger (or dirt) :D

i dont understand what you mean with "Fills Need of Food (drink) and Hygiene (wash). "
