This one makes the game too slow. Is there anything, faster, than this?
Description says children become students at 6, and stay in school for 9 years. This should be 15 years, right?
My students become workers, Educated = Yes, at 10 years old.
Any advice appreciated, or have I misunderstood this mod?
@Nells: The mod maker had no requirements to make this. Mods aren't your right. They make mods and share them so others can enjoy them, too. The only reason they, as you put it, 'force their preferences' is because mods tend to be an 'as is' sort of thing.
There is a modkit you can download. It's in the link DabbieDab provided. It has step by step instructions on installing the mod kit and creating mods. I'd suggest start out with an easy mod that changes one thing, and see how that works. Then try and get more complicated. Happy modding if you do it.
On topic: Great mod. I play it with adam eve and like the micromanagment I have to do.
Students staying in school until 9 and getting married at the age of 7 is not good. Babies at 15 can be realistic.
Please can you sort it out so it makes more sense altogether, not only sticking to one year is one year, but that the timeline also makes sense?
Thanks in advance for your answer.
If i wanted to speed it up I can just add a building that brings in the nomads.
I'm pretty sure from the last time I played that whole game years go by in minutes or hours realtime so I assume one year is one year means the game ages people 5 years for every in-game year but if that's true its hardly a fair representation of the situation it pretends to emulate and no wonder the game is near impossible to play.
Its cheating.
Meaning it's up to you, to simply start a new game from scratch. this will all but garuntee no issues.
I know it sucks, but it's simply a fact of game development.
The weblinks you list on description is helpful, I download 24 and 26 versions. When I use 24, citizens educated is still 100%. When I use 26, citizens educated is become 0%.
This issue only happen to my old archives!
Start a new archives, this mod working well.
