For some reason these assets have gone awol.Tried everything to get them back.They were fine til yesterday !?

This is not spawning and Theme Manager is also stating that it is not loading. Along with #2 L2 2x2 and #5 L3 3x3

I've updated the asset and corrected an incorrectly scaled lod which I believe caused the problem.

UPDATE: This model has been updated to try and solve the spawning issues people have been having.
The illumination has also been updated with a more realistic look. Let me know if all is OK.

I think I might be experiencing an issue with the building themes mod, as I'm having an issue with other buildings that aren't part of a theme. I can get the vanilla European or International buildings to spawn, or buildings part of other custom themes, but not buildings outside of those themes. I'll attempt to create a custom theme with this building and see if it spawns.

I suggest trying again since my update. I have had no issues getting them to spawn.

In response to ckyliu. I'll try and reduce the size. I'm new to creating game assets and I need to refine the files by reducing the poly count. Do the trees and props added in the asset creater add to the file size?

I want to subscribe as it looks great but the file size is putting me off; most residential low buildings are under 3 mb, is it possible to optimise this building to that level?
