I have no idea if I solved this the intended way. I couldn't see the solution so I just played around and figured it out fairly quickly...
I used the trick of changing the vertical position of where the portal on the light bridge were, this enabled me to get up on the other lightbridge perpendicualr to it.

Had me stumped for realsies so I reached for the solution... sorry, but I'm not a fan of those moves at all :[ But that's probably just me

Good puzzle. I didn't solve it, but will hopefully remember that "twist" if I come across it again.

After I finished I saw your playthrough and I made the carrying laser different from you (a quick maneuver shooting a portal).

Oh nooo, i had to shoot the portal to the light bridge only a little bit deeper. Then i had make it without your Video :-(
