well since its an elementary school, i can live with the fact that there are no lights at night :P

For lack of lights at night, just edit the asset with lights where you want, or place them on the building in-game with prop anarchy

Click on "gido505's workshop" on top of this page (just above the images and name) and you will find them all. Sadly, they are all completely dark at night since they are not updated for AD.

Where are the other parts of the school shown in the screenshot? I've only found A-building and B-building
