I'm so sorry for the late replies! I'm going to address all of them now.
@BTX
I wish! Skyrim doesn't feature any harvestable salt crystals and adding new content is outside of the scope of this mod.
@Russian Spy
No problem, that'll be one favorite and a like, please! :)
@FencingRabbit
I want to say it's Hide Armor with Hide Boots. It's been a while though. Sorry!
@dreamveil
I know you may have given up by now, but it sounds like you have some kind of conflict. Try loading Freshly Ground after your other mods.
The recipes are disabled by default and have to be enabled in SkyUI's mod configuration menu or through the console with "set KMXFGMagicSaltsEnabled to 1.0". Once enabled you will need a salt pile, a flawless ruby/sapphire/amethyst, and any filled soul gem to craft one of the fire/frost/void salts.
I did some digging and the Moon Sugar + Nightshade recipe actually originated from a book in an Oblivion mod: http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion_talk:Skooma#Indgedients
I may add the recipe in a future release but I don't have plans to add anything else at the moment.
Hehe. Glad you like the Void Salts too. As for the Skooma recipe, is there any lore supporting it? I know it's made from moon sugar but I've never seen anything indicating what else goes into making it.
Thank you! :D

Recipes can be toggled now and there are some new ones for you! A Nexus mirror will be forthcoming.
New version is up with recipes for Fire Salts. :)
Ah, understandable. I'll add a recipe for it in the future. I originally decided against doing recipes that were magical in nature, but my Potion of Blood recipes are already stretching that definition. Plus, I really want to add a recipe for Dwarven Oil even though it doesn't make sense how stone can crush dwarven metal. I'll wind up making these types of recipes optional and add a configuration menu to enable / disable them.
You can create fire salts at the Atronach Forge.
See http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Atronach_Forge for details.
Always good to see people putting in the game things that should already be in it!
