Vendsenders, thanks! It was the first asset I made (about a month after the game was released) and I just went with the default values. I suppose the relatively high maintenance cost can make up for the relatively inexpensive initial cost, eh?

This looks really good! I think that it should cost a bit more to build though.. Looks like a really expensive place to me.
