maybe add a wettness immunity or slight damage reduction due to all the diving gear?
and maybe because of the glowing light in the portrait, maybe an ability to turn on the light but lose sanity? it would make sence if shell had those ability's (just reccomended tho its gud anyways)

I really like this charicter. But he doesn't get many benifets. He might need a buff to make him more tanky. Like make him stronger against frogs or something: Like he doesn't loose his items when hit by them? Idk.

I did a small update - buffed HP to 190 and sanity to 120.

Please increase health >180 pls

you should have named this guy traditionally like any other character.... With a w... maybey like:Wave, or Whaleton, or Wreathack

also he should have a bunch of custom descriptions of thing and often talks about wanting to go home and refers to home as the ocean (or something like that)

maybey he should start with a special item like a special lantern with infinite durability or a harpoon

he should be resistnat to cold (as a proper diving suit of his type would do) also he should gain sanity from fishing aswell, and (similarly to wx-78) not be effected by if a food is stale or not

ok so for anyone who said OOOHHH is a big daddy or BIOSHOCK or he needs a drill, STOP you are stupid, this is a 1940.1950 navel diver so STFU noobs

As others have stated this character is surprisingly balanced towards the negative. One thing that might make him better and in theme is something like:

- Can catch fish without a fishing pole (or)
- Has a magic fishing pole (or)
- Friendly to frogs

I SWEAR TO GOD THAT ARTWORK IS A REFERENCE TO "THE THING" (you know the movie)

Both his downsides are pretty big. Can he have a small damage boost or something to compensate?

Also witht he slow movement speed i suggest that you make him a little tanky, (such as more health, more hit resistence) One reason for the tankyness is my dad being a diver and me/him both were in that suit as well as learned how it works. They were disigned to be resilient towards waterpressure AS WELL as super tuff lining, to protect from emergencies; Such as: Shark Bites, Rocks Slides, etc. Basically anything that has the possibility to cut the suit, they made it resilient towards. Just make him Super Tanky. Those suits are meant to be. Thank you ^^

i wonder why it would get dramaged from freezing. the suit is meant to be use under water which sometimes can be freezing, especially in the middle of the ocean
