you need darkrp and you need to be a police team (using the ply:isCP() darkrp function)

It says I need to be a cop to give tickets. I am wearing a cop uniform, have weapons, set ulx to see my team name as: Police Officer. Why wont it let me give tickets?

I know, but I own a small private server me and my friends play on, so Im just thinking to be flexable between rp and sandbox without having to change the map and stuff.

Police gets called because a guy is holding a gun in a street with no-one in it.
Police tells guy to drop his gun.
Police gives guy a ticket.
Police then gives another guy a ticket, but it is the wrong person.
Amazing police.
