This mod is kind of obsolete since I lost the model file and never made a LOD version hence performance.

Shame they spent £189 million pounds on it and now the council have said they have no money to buy new books! Politics aside great building mate. Any plans on doing other West Midlands architecture, I suggest the Hawthorns ;)

I did make the full model with the circle architecture but due to amount of quads and tris it couldn't be imported into the game. So the gardens was the last thing I could add. I do plan to improve most of the textures on the building.

Student count means the amount of students that are able to study at this building.
