The only problem with this is its happiness boosting area is too small, other than that it looks so freaking amazing in game!

@Azurespecter: Thank you. I'm a bit busy with RL matters at the moment, but I'm planning to update my buildings sooner or later. Unfortunately, I have a low-end laptop and my game is a bit sluggish, even with mods and assets disabled.

@templeofdoom Yep, I understand that's probably due to the 4096x4096 diffuse map. I'm working on a Lite version as well.

I love this asset but 23mbs is just too large for an asset in this game. Try to get the file size down by optimizing the model and messing with your texture maps. You may find very people using this asset because of that reason.
