Hi, The mod sometimes crashes when playing with other modded Civs in multiplayer. Elchea will either be another Civs color, or reload the game after the National Library of Elchea is built.

Actually, maybe the Ten Pledges should be a Religion? Elchea's UA could be "Blank Never Loses", and could be inspired by Sora's comment about optimizing everything when playing Civilization.

They should be unable to attack. All the No Game No Life civs should.

Your mods are BEAUTIFUL and absolutely incredible! Im glad someone like you is working on anime mods, I want to see a lot of anime Civs done well, not just a resking of a diffirent Civ, the new mechanic you added is realy well made and I love all of your NGNL mods.

4월 2일에 업데이트 하신 후에 모드가 아무 xml 파일도 불러오지 못하는 것처럼 보이는 문제가 있네요? 문명과 지도자는 물론이고 페디아에서 봤더니 건물이나 유닛도 불러오기가 되지 않던데 뭔가 변경점이 있었나요?

It is a bug where a city founded next to the natural wonders does not receive the bonus(example Cerro de potosi dosen't give +10 gold).Sorry for my bad english.

Sorry to spam and to assume you're listening or have the time to do anything listed - But i am extremely in love with the anime and the idea of a civ based around it. I support this 100% and if you need any help with writing or anything like that I'd love to help!

At the start of the game you can bet who will be killed/which civs you will take our first and get an appropriate ammount of gold if done so in accordance to the 4th pledge?
Trades cannot be cancelled in accordance to the 6th pledge?
If Elchea City declares war on a civ, they have an option to bet their race peice, if they win they gain a huge bonus, if they lose all cities are moved over to the other civ to annex, puppet or raze as usual? - Could be a side icon to alarm other players?
If Elchea declares war, 'Ashente' appears?

Just a few ideas for future expansion of the mod! ^U^ :

If the player playing this civ is attacked (they are the challenged party), they gain a small damage/defence bonus in accordace of the 5th pledge?
A 3D coin/dice animation during unit v unit fighting in accordance to the 2nd pledge?
Units such as Pawns, Knights and Horses could be added as the main line of defense?
If a spy is caught in a city by counter-intelligence, there are extra penalties in accordance to the 8th pledge?

I would think that the Elchia civ would no bonus or Unique units, to fit with that speech Sora gave about humans being weak through being strong, but I still support this civ.
