I like the majority of your buildings, but the ones that look like this one just seem like they're missing something. The roofs are kind of odd for towers, and the boxy bits extending outward are just kind of... weird. Doesn't feel right. Maybe some of these would look better if their features (like the windows) had a more 'embedded' look? A little less modular in shape, more organic?

Your buildings look a lot like European projects, with all the boxy protrusions and such. Great job on them!
