BarkeepCat, maybe you could try the "verify integrity" command on the game properties? You can access it with the right mouse on your game on the list

If that's not what you mean, then maybe it's the refresh button inside the game, whenever you access the costumes menu on the skull at the table. Look for it on the left right corner of the costume screen

Love this skin, havent had the chance to play Shovel Knight yet but this is still one of my favorites to use.

Jazariz, sadly the costume is only usable on the Steam version. I would love to use all the costumes on the Workshop on PS4 haha :D

Maybe there's a way to manually put the costumes on the folders, but i don't know how it would work :)

i dont have the game via steam how else could i use it

Don't worry too much Gure, the first step is to try something simpler, like a sunglass for a "Cool Juan" or something like this, then add more details and change some moves :D

Anyway, you can ask what you have in mind, hopefully i can prepare some references and make it in the future :)
