Oh, once you've subscribed go into the menu that looks like the steam icon. then click "download now"

Once you've subscribed to this you need to go into the game. Once you've in the game and you have selected a character. Click on the steam icon on the prisons tab. Then click "Download" and you will download every prison that you are subscribed to.
