I have put up no road versions of both entrances so you can put the roads in yourselves if this works ok for everyone I will do this with every new entrance I make

Agreed completely with everything ifatson said. These buildings look wonderful, and I'm curious if you'd make a right-hard traffic version as well (same goes for your other park entrance). Not sure these would work at all in right-hand traffic cities, let alone look right. Thank you. :)

Well, not a prop (I can't place those on map) but a park. If it had a congregation point in front of it, people would stand there making it look like they are looking at the sign. I have lots of little patches of unused land at oblique road corners and a sign or two with some people mulling around would be sweet :)

I've not made any props yet but can't be any harder give me a few days and i will have a look at making one, as you are the first to ask do you have a preference on the name of your industrial park cos I will start from scratch, model and texture

Any chance you could do a park version with just the sign (the one on two poles behind the arch) - would love to put that at some of the corners in my industrial estate.
