very fun and difficult to try to get the river to flow the "correct" way, away from Lake Michigan. How do you do it?
Also I de-zoned/rezoned most of the city to rebuild with historical buildings, but my demand is way down for some reason, and kinda like Chicago irl, the only people who move back in are highly educated professionals. Was this on purpose?

Did you make sure you are subscribed to all the assets? If you are, than it's probably a conflict between mods or updated assets ( or deleted ). It happens very often with savegames that have a lot of assets in it, sadly :(

It's a better version of Chicago by the original creator of the map. ( You can find even Chicago collections there )

Usually when you subscribe to the savegame it shows automatically a list with the assets used.

What Assets are for this Save File?? The comment is not showing up with all the assets. :(
