Tastium thats Lisa Trevor from Resident Evil 1 Remake she is the daughter of Jessica and George Trevor the creator of the Spencer Mansion then Oswell Spencer 1 of the founders of Umbrella Corp. Spencer was afraid that George Trevor could talk to the public about Spencer's secret laboratory for experiments of BOW so Spencer captured George and his familyand use them on his experiments with T virus only the daughter Lisa was capable to survive and combine with the T virus. After that she was first carrier that William Birkin injected with G virus and they introduce a a parasite organism on her so she have that big eye on her back and she have tentacles that more later they used her cell type on Original Tyrant to create the Nemesis from RE3.
She have that face because she rip off of her victims and mix with her face and she is looking for her Mother and she want to put mother face on her to, she says all the time Mother!!! use lisa trevor sound when she dies she say Mother!!! enjoy!! xD

@xDShot Have you considered a Berkin Tank? True it would have to have his left arm changed but well I have my own work to consider. Though perhaps the final Tyrant in RE Outbreak or even Nyx. Ah well I look forward to seeing what comes next.

Yh tyrant-001 is a boss from RE0 same as Tyrant-002 from RE1 hehe maybe will fit as charger but as i said ppl love boss as Tank.
As a fan of RE i can advice the best RE games is RE0,RE1,RE2,RE3 and RE code veronica you should play because they are pure horror survival games not like RE4 and the new ones they change to an action with horror environmental game and they split the population that love the old style not this new ones.
Many ppl love Nemesis from RE3 was a pain in the ass on the beginning to kill him only with pratice you can catch the "tricks" lol but as i say take you time to create you have your own life to so good luck! ^^

From Resident Evil 2 i have all 5 transformations of William Birkin boss but i think this one will fit more as Tank i think so in any case you have the other 4 transformations below on right side xD
