And I remember Ashikaga was immune to realm divide in it. For that matter, they were immune from having anyone declare war on them directly. (Though they would declare on your vassals)
In this, you are just playing as a great clan that has swapped places with Ashikaga, but I know it is possible to just play as minor clans, but I presume the tutorial's difficulty settings are locked on easy. Not sure.

I have a little problem with your Vanilla Minors Clans. All the minor clans do not have their correct name. Example: the clan Sogo has the name Chosokabe. Do you know how this is possible?
