Unfortunatly, yes I did Unsub and resubbed again. Still didn't work. I have no conflicting addons whatsoever related to this subject, and I even went as far as to disable all of my addons with the exception of this, and still got nothing in the end.

that's weird? did you try to Unsub and resub it again?

I seem to be expeiriencing an issue related to viewing the cold stream loading screen. The image shown above in the loading select witch in turn is cold stream, is not showing up no matter what, and instead is replaced with a basic loading screen showing all 4 of the l4d2 survivors.

Ah, the vtf edit file comes with the l4d2 authoring tools, right? So if I download this or a similar mod, I could perhaps see what the names of the files are? Good to know. Still, if you're up for making a guide, I'd be happy to read it. Besides that, I thank you for your time

I extracted a mod that had the icon replacements and used the vtf edit file to see the size

Could you please leave a link to or create a guide on how you were able to replace the main menu icons? I understand that the files need to be vpk, but I'm not sure what the names or sizes must be. Thank you for your time.
