ok it's just to be sure bescause before a long time ago i subscribed one of the femscout models the tron skin one that before i found this model really good but after i subscribed it i saw that this model has to replace the original scout in both teams

before i find it a bit strange but i do not know why this model is not separated?.

Its a sperate model. it won't overwrite the default Demoman.
