Sentry, that is linked to the game mode not the skin. For the most part try playing mono regular and it should show up when you left click.

Released the complete version finally - it took a while due to some shader issues but i think everyone should be pleased with the result, but feel free to express opinions as always

This skin takes a while to load on my computer, but when it does, it is well worth the wait. My favorite skin on the steam workshop. (^_^)
