this is really cool. would be nicer if under police assets. to reduce region crime rate of area. like put it down at airports ect.

it would be cool if this "lowered" crime in the small radius. like it would in real life to show the area is being watched.

Would be cool if props could add traits to buildings they are attached to, like a dense res building having a shop or police station in the lobby.

Entirely decorative; unfortunately the only things that reduce crime in C:S are police cars and having this spawn cars would be silly!
