Bugged textures, ALL of these guns have a pure black glitched square for a tip.

Yeah, a DX11 version would allow me to keep using this mod. I do love it's style and balance, and would like to keep employing it.

These naval guns are probably one of the best weapons mods in this game. PLEASE update them soon man, I would even be willing to make a donation to help you or motivate you to finish DX11 textures for this mod. My server is reliant on it. Please shoot me a message.

Just curious but do these weapons have idle animations like the standard gatlings? When powered, and idle animations turned on they dont seem to move at all, only when their tracking targets, they dont even as far as I can tell, return to their default positions.

Naa i wanted to just see the model of my static cannon ingame to if it looks correct, so i only made a cubeblock file, but got it working after i changed the ID-smallgatlinggun to just a Cubeblock and the model looks great :D and also messed up with binding the texture to the model :P

@Rikki That usually indicates there is something wrong with your dummies, exact issue can vary

Yo dude nice work, i wanted to ask a question as i havent found one, i created a static cannon for large ship and then it is visible to place ingame but when i click to spawn it, nothing happen's, any idea's on this?

Just rememberd I forgot to mention the ammo for these 3" guns are magazines of 5 (the US 3/50 used 2 5 round autoloaders per gun)

Hmm.... I've not run into that problem, only the eventual loss of visual explosions on the 5" when used enmass (which happens with any rocket type weapon)

I just placed about 15 maybe more (steam downloaded version as well, just in case) on a ship in a heavily modded world full of other ships... got a sim speed slowdown which usually happens anyway when firing in that world but no crash...
so idk try looking at the SE log file in C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\SpaceEngineers after a crash and see if it says anything, let me know if you find anything helpful there

Hey, whenever I use your guns en masse (I.E. The 10x quad 6"/47 guns on my Germania class destroyer), the game usually crashes after a few seconds of sustained fire. Thoughts?

@wic I am planning on looking into that when doing the 2nd pass at my various guns after releasing one or two 16" gun turrets.

As a person whose ships always look like vintage WWII vessels, I am truly grateful for your mods. IMO, your guns are the greatest on the workshop, keep up the great work. And if you make something similar to the famous Yamato battleship's 460mm cannons, my life will be complete :)
