Just follow steps 1-4 above (ignore step 5)

The file to download is found in " PINNED Link to additional file"

It doesn't work when I load it first in mod manager kinda confuse here with various instructions here bear with me.

"5. In-game main menu: Settings > Mods > check both boxes (movie packs and scripts)."

This step 5 is not required for Attila though (thats' a Rome 2 thing)

And in step 2 , the "data" folder is the one in the games install location (where steam loads game from)

Just follow instruction given , its not hard...

The current way to install the mod that still works and indeed it is.
Since I no longer have access to the site where I posted the additional file, please give feedback if it is available, the originals are unfortunately lost, perhaps there are still places where it has been preserved.

if you dont mind me asking how do you edit the files to make blood stay forever? i remember doing this for rome way back in the day but could never figure it out since then.

To have blood you still need the blood DLC, this mod only changes blood effects look
You also need to enable Blood effects in graphics settings
In mplayer both ppl need exact same MODS loaded.

where do i download it and 2 if i do it and my friend dont, will it be a issue in multiplayer ?

Hello, how can I prevent the blood in Atilla from staying on the floor? I want the blood to go away like it did in Rome II after a while because it is causing my performance issues. Can you tell me how to disable the movie package or do you have a solution please?

Uh...No. People were saying the blood dissapears, not that it isn't colored properly. The mod in the description fixes dissapearing at the cost of performance which is why it isnt enabled by default.

Well that was the issue us morons were referring too. Maybe try a different mod if the colour is weird. Dont think it will help though, this mod is old and broken, so the others probably are too.

The coloring doesn't seem to stick, my blood is still comically bright red, I could care less if it dissapears.

Yeah, its been known for months that the links dont work, and when they did the blood disappeared after a while anyway. Ironically, all you had to do was read.

Isnt working for me now that you mention it, I've only been playing AOC though.

Attention!!! Due to changes in the new patch to complete the work mode (that the blood did not disappear on the ground) will need to download an additional file, нe also is not Steam version mod.
