Well it seems to only happen to me, but even in my mod-free install, using a vanilla template it still doesnt seem to work. If anyone wants to try it themselves HERE [drive.google.com] are the project files (no comment about those textures, it was my first project done in photoshop :p)

Well, I'm glad the buiding still works even if an error message does appear. Is there a known fix?

Yes, having same broken asset message. Unfortunately I can't load my save without disabling this asse...t Thank you for updating, I hope you can fix that issue soon, I really like this building and would love to use it again! :D I appreciate your work!

Ah fuck, this seems to happen to me everytime with growables, and it seems like the only solution is not using a custom LOD, which looks like shit -_-

The error message luckyly doesnt break anything and the asset still works but still, this is so annoying...

Well, it took a while but better late than never I guess :D
Thanks for the kind words everyone, it's what motivated me to work on this project!

I just released an unique building that is pretty much a spiritual successor to this asset. It's for the #TEMPTED competition, so if you check it out you should leave a rating :)

Hey Dros, really digging your work, but this is the first of your buildings that doesn't do it for me: It looks too unrealistic for my liking and doesn't fit in the skyline. Interesting idea though.

I loved it the first time this popped up in my city. However, a little constructive critisism; the trees on the balconies are far too big for them to look natural, and the barbeque on top puts out way too much smoke; someone needs to teach that guy how to barbeque properly :)

It would be great if you can make it work with level 5 residential as well. A fully developed city without this building is less beautiful. :)

The trees on the building aren't realistic, because there's no space for their roots since there is the next floor right beneath.
Would agree to make this a unique building.
