ah yes, the blue parking spots. where I live, handicap spots come in a variety of colors including white, blue and yellow. haven't seen green yet, but, it would not surprise me. also, I like the blue color.

Anyway, you get the idea. but, CSL has space limitations for growable buildings being 4x4 and I wanted my parking lots to fit in with CSL size, so my lots may look a little small compared to real ones.
