Age of steel and rise of the cybermen are 2 of my favourite doctor who episodes of all time

They are set in the alternate universe with john lumic being like davros but for cybermen.

The cybermen in it have promptly a C for cybus however the ones in "a good man goes to war" have Os but are supposedly not from the alternate universe despite the design being the exact same thing.

actually i brought up the nightmare in silver things (i refuse to call them cybermen) if you paid attention the statues on display BOTH HAVE Cs there plus the blasters arnt similar THEY ARE THE SAME THING. "2 parallel universes" wat?

What about the nightmare in silver cybermen that could fix their vulnerabilities. I doubt a cybus cyberman would be capable of doing that. Also they have similar guns in a good man goes to war not the same. Remember that there are 2 parallel universes that have parallel versions of eachother meaning that the mondasian cybermen have their own form of energy blasters from the cybus cybermen in the parallel universe. The parallel earth energy blasters came from torchwood which has lots of alien stuff. Even though the cybus cybermen came from the parallel universe there were probably mondasian cybermen at one point in that universe.

In a good man goes to war they have the same gun as in doomsday plus when did they cybus meet the mondas cybermen. If the outcome was the power ranger cybermen then I just jumped of a train.

It was confirmed that the remaining cybus cybermen eventually met the mondas ones and they assimillated their forces cause they were the same thing. The mondas ones had the same design, sans the C on their chest. Thats why in a good man goes to war and closing time they dont have cs.

@NEMESIS what about in the episode closing time when Craig was almost converted to cyber controller. They had blank chest units just like the ones in a good man goes to war. Another thing to remember is modasian cybermen use every part of a human during converting. Cybus cybermen only extract the brain and encase it in the head.

cyber leader that wasnt confirmed and they have the exact same design apart from the C plus in nightmare in silver (shit episode) both the 2 statue cybermen have Cs and the chess one has an O so wtf.

@Da skelly there is also a cyberman model that is similar to a cybus cyberman but it doesn't have the cybus logo. Therefore it is a mondas cyberman
