its sept 2025... is there some reason the textures on these are still bork'd and arent fixed? the wings work great but they cant be colored or textured... unless im missing something... and if thats the case i apologize and what would that be?

Joke obviously but id be extremely sad to see day you retire. I know will happen one day. We all stop after a while. Usually due to being sick of entitled people and rudeness... Also to add I understand your frustration when a mod breaks. Especially when it is one I rely on as well. Many of Sektans mods are a priority in my games as well. Same for a few other mods that dont work now as well.

Also using translator is fine.Nothing wrong with it :-) Not every one speaks english and I do not expect every one to. Its a big world out there and it does not revolve around english :-) If some thing I say confuses you or way I say it let me know and we can discuss this in a different area so can take time together.

IF pay for a mod then yes your are entitled to a working mod thats instantly updated. But for the other 90% of mods out there done for free you are not entitled to any thing. If Sektan starts charging to use his mods then I will be on your side. But as long as they free... I am not.

When comes to free products they are as is with no entitlements or guaranties. Since his not paid if he decides to unpublish them and quit.. he has every right to. If decides not to update them again that is his right.

Again creation store mods are a totally different issue from FREE mods.

Thats 2 seperate cases. One paid mods and 2 free mods. When discussing Creation club paid mods then YES I agree with you. But I can list over 50 games with mods that DONT charge. As for patron I have never used it. So your impling that ALL modders make money. And thats not true. I made mods and made nothing :-) And charged nothing.

But every mod i use on here and thats over 100s does not cost a thing. Some ask for donations but you dont have to donate and many dont. I personally know dozen modders and they dont make any thing from their mods. They like I did made them for free. Also most modders dont make much of anything even with patron. Yes a few do.. but most do not.

So as I said majority of modders make mods for free on their own time. So demanding they do what you want or to stop doing some thing is entitled.

@dragonsphotoworks - My English a bit limited. I use translator sometimes. Not entitlement just frustrated how modders earn billions of Euros from patreon donations at any given time. These days they infiltrated the game with and call them "official" DLC and we have to pay for them. Every youtuber I see they buy ALL creations from the creation club for Starfield, Fallout, Skyrim. Some of those are even come as broken and never get fixed or updated. Now you want me to not be demanding and entitled? You see my point of view?

People seem to think modders work FOR them. Like its modders job to bow to users. Its same if dont update a mod instantly they jump all over them. Or if some thing isnt to their likeing they demand modder change it just for THEM..

i used to make mods but stopped when got tired of the entitlement. And at one point realised my kids get hom and have 5-6 hours before have to go to bed for school... and some days I didnt even see them due to working on mods. Thats when realised it was time unpublish and quit.

So as a retired modder "was hobby level NOt pro :-) " I thank you for giving us your time and effort with these mods.

I make MODs in my free time, but mainly for free without financial reward. I need to work on a project that will generate at least a small income. And when I have free time I can fix some mods.

So stop doing some thing he likes and wants to do.. to do what you want?

Dont get me wrong I want the mods fixed as well. You say no one will want his game if his mods broken.. but then say the whole planet relies on his mods? If his mods that good.. I would deffinitly be interested in his game :-) Also we dont know who does or doesnt want his game..

Also he said he has to redo them all completely :-( That alone tells me it be while before they update. Being harsh towards some one who you want to do some thing for you never works. I know a couple major modders that if come at them like that they will intentionally not add what person requested. Additional Animals is one mod i know of. Guy demanded a change i know modder would of done.. but due to way he came at him modder has decided to never make that change..

Nobody wants a new game. Just quit making that game and do these mods instead that everyone on the entire planet depend on. Nobody wants another "the day before" fiasco. All your awesome mods are like that game currently. If you can't fix your mods that your upcoming game will become like "ltbuzzlitebeer - the day before" drama. Nobody will want to buy your game if they find out your mods are broken. I know I'm very harsh and critique but this is the best review I can leave on current state of SEKTAN MODS. Shall I continue? "3/10 - IGN" (referencing a joke here) for now.

Backward compatibility simply doesn't exist anymore :/

@Dots: yes I know, its from update, I saw it and tested it but for fix mod like this and other I need complete reedit and rebuild all models in MODs :/ its mad, idk where I can get time for this if Im working on my game :/

@dragonsphotoworks, check out 'DHI custom parts' on the workshop. These retractable, extendable wings are awesome, and they can also be used as landing skids according to the creator. They are my favorite mod right now, some of the wings are straight out, others angle downward as they extend.

The_Duke look up MA panel hinge its a foldable solar panel hinge its interesting it unfolds a full 180 degrees doesnt retract but its interesting to play with ive used it on rovers and atmo ships to take up less space when furled its based off piston physics but it does work really nice at times

All those bugging for an update, he's been quite busy with other projects and some have fallen by the wayside like this one. Most likely because it may take a Total Rebuild of the mod to fix it and I don't think he wants to do that.
