The idea behind this is that it recovers moisture content from the rock, not oxygen. That's why it outputs ice.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Water_content
You don't need moisture to make the Oxygen from stone, take the Moon for example the rock there is as dry as a bone yet are composed of about 40% oxygen, same for the rusty red iron.
So your idea is realistic, but your method is wrong.
Don't mean to sound negative (as I will definitly be using your MOD great work), but IMO it would be better if you altered the description :)
@Captain, I don't remember. It seems I didn't save it in PSD, so I don't have the original layer. It was a stencil font.
I thought I posted the update that fixes that. I guess not.
I removed the ability for the other ores besides stone to refine ice (for personal use). It is perfect now for me. Thank you for creating this.
How about a small ship moisture reclaimer?
Maybe look in the source for the vents to see how it works, and instead of making output air to the room, make the output ice ?
Possibly call it a "condenser" and have it work like a big radiator .. in space!
Maybe even make it the opposite of a solar panel, so that the more light that falls on it, the less efficient it is, so players have to put it in a spot where there's shade ?
Would be a pretty cool mod, I think.
Maybe bundle it with this moisture reclaimer?
Heck, I even add the moisture reclaimer to my big mining ships, so they can remove stone from my inventory. :)
