Matches a contemporary city (or is it still "modern" if it's not art?), has reasonably balanced stats given increased cost and footprint, and the footprint works well within cost-effective math-approved grid systems. Nicely done!

@Uber-n00bie thanks!. The problem is the brightness of the street lamps is fixed, I can't change it. But still, is not unusual to see buildings with its main facade completly illuminated, which was more or less the idea. Anyways isfit annoys you, you could try going to the asset editor and removing a few of those lamps ;)

Just tried this in-game and it looks great overall! Although if you don't mind me saying, the street lamps in the front (or whatever is producing the brightest light there) are much too bright -- the front of the building shouldn't be nearly that bright imo. If those were just brought down 50% or so, the rest looks absolutely perfect.

Fixed LOD!

OMG, finally a new HS model. Was getting tired to find only elementary and universities in the workshop. Great work.

@Lucas, thanks for the stats! I like your highschool a lot and it is found all over my city.

@Friction I will try that. Hopefully I will be able to fix it and update it tomorrow.

You have proper LOD texture as well? 100% reflective tends to happen when LOD texture autogenerates.

@Ryno I'm sorry but this one doesn't have a custom LOD. For some odd reason the game turned 100% reflective my LOD every. single. time. And it looked terrible. The building isn't too big and the autogenerated LOD turned out ok, so I decided to left it like that. Still, if I find a way to fix the LOD I will update the asset.
