Because something's wrong with your game. Either you have too many addons, or it's just wrong config or addon. You're the first to have error model instead of the normal one by the way.

As you can see in the changelog, this was removed to optimize the model and remove glitched meshes.
I'll try to update visuals when I'll be free today.

why does it show the gillie suit with with a gas mask but when you equip it in game it isnt there?

this works well on a few other maps and if your like me you just use the model even if it doesn't work there and it will help conceal yourself in the mountains on gm_fork it's a green model far away it might just look like more grass

We're not really active on Garry's Mod especially on addons, we mainly design levels for Source games but feel free to contact me for more details, if we can keep these comments clean from other topic messages :)
