@carter - That is currently a bug with the game: once the total amount of 'attractiveness' in your city exceeds a certain number, the game sets it to 0 . The stats listed on this page are exactly what I input in the asset editor, so deviation from those numbers is due to problems with how the game interprets 'attractiveness' of tourism sites.

Awesome work man, love to see all these chicago buildings. Im currently making as close to possible map of chicago, these buildings are gonna make it that much better. Maybe get a united center, Wrigley field goin. so many buildings to choose from. would love to see the thompson center, marina city buildings or wrigley building to give a few suggestions

Love that you make big buildings smaller. Too many 1:1 buildings in a game with small default buildings.

@Husbeard - There isn't a chart anywhere as far as I know, but you can find out the parameters by making a new asset in the asset editor based off of existing buildings in the game. The values that the parameters are set to are the same as the building that you selected. So, in this case, the High Interest Tower from the base game has a maintenance cost of 10,000, so I decided to not go lower than that.

I guess I don't know the formula or the actual numbers of how much each building costs in maintenance. Is there a chart or something you can point me to so I can understand where your information is coming from better?

@Husbeard - These large financial buildings use the High Interest Tower base game building as a starting point for stats. The thought is, these are giant buildings that cost a lot of money to maintain in real life, so why should they cost less to maintain than smaller base game buildings?

10000dollar maintenance kills it. Get 5 of these types of buildings in game and there's no way you can be profitable..
