after joining a game, there'll be a menu for you to select equipment, press the color palette thing to open the skin menu (sorry for mistakes lol)

oops sorry, this file is locked for modifcation. there're plenty of "free to edit" items, but I don't have a plan to let others edit this skin. but you can definitely use it in the game
