I'm no expert on the subject, but it would probably benefit the asset if the visitor count was cut down.
Thanks for a great building. I did notice that the flags (props) don't load properly and after checking the Cities Skylines log file I saw that it couldn't find the flag prop despite it being installed. So I opened up Chicago_Board_Of_Trade.crp with a hex editor and saw that the flag name is (kind of) doubled up.
That is it trying to load "American_Flag_Wall_Pole.American Flag (Wall Pole)" instead of "American Flag (Wall Pole)" (or whatever its correct name is). I noticed that some other assets uploaded about 10-17 April on Steam had the same problem and one way to work around it was changing the prop name in the Asset Editor, but with this one it's too long.
and you made 1:1.5 scale! what a wonderful guy :) thx to your effort!
