Holly hell is this thing terrible. It causes gridlock in literally every direction. What happens is say a train wants to come from the right and go down. And there is a train coming from down and wants to go up at the same time they both stop and wait for each other until one despawns. But this situation will happen at every junction creatiing gridlock on both loops in all directions.

Thank you very much, I appreciate it. Actually this one took me only 20 minutes, made it today 5 a.m. before I went to work. But this was only because I had it already in my mind and knew how I wanted it to be.

....my god... it's... PERFECT! Guess I'm not going to bed tonight. Gets another cup of coffee. Gentlemen double Traintracks are a requirement when building a large city to seperate freight and passengers, otherwise you start running into MASSIVE backups. Essentially adding this to an interchange will allow many more trains to flow through the city. This should be in everyones collection of tools when building a large city! Hats off to RM1985 for a job well done!
