this is basically an offshore wind turbine and behaves exactly as one. it doesnt produce garbage, doesnt require any police, has none fire thread and won't need any workers. maybe you are talking about a REAL oil platform? then you are obviously right, but this asset is well optimized for the game. check again.
First off, its a real working asset. So that means it needs all utilities and services.
Fire and police are easy. You ust make a heliport with them.
Garbage cant be collected though, and it keeps asking for raw materials and workers.
It will eventually abandon.
Please mod this so it generts no garbage, and requires no raw materials.
