Thank you for the clarification. I hope you have a nice day.
The reason why this happens is because of the Last Stand update separating the files.
Currently, I'm learning about making a gun look slightly worn. Some really talented texture artists are there to help me. And it's really fun to work with them.
I am currently working on a complete overhaul of these textures and the results should look good even on low shader settings.
- An image editing software that you can handle
- A software to make UV maps with (if there are different ways, I didn't explore them yet)
- Inspiration
- Motivation
- Patience (very much oft hat)
... and a huge asshole that tells you that your work is crap, so that you're angry enough about it to give your best and even more to make it better.
:DD
I'm definitely not talented, but I'm motivated and a perfectionist ass. :D
I'm still testing different methods for the normals and exponents.
The grip bottom partially displays the model logo and the flashlight bulb is misplaced. This isn't my fault and there's really no way I could fix that. Also, the left bottom side of the stock uses a texture that shouldn't be where it is. This probably can be fixed, but I don't know how. If someone knows how to fix that and would tell me, I would gladly do it.
