It should (when you know how to add items to the workshop). But probadly I would not recommend it because there are LUA errors at the beginning of every new round. So use it at your own risk.

this gives a lua error however its giving the lua error because there is nothing done to the includes lua file

You go to you pointshop-folder then to lua/pointshop/items and then paste the lua-file in the powerups folder.
