Just don't download the 8mb palm tree. You don't need it.

I would honestly not mind if those custom palms were like 1mb in size or something fitting the texture quality of their leaves. But when you are already subscribed to 550 items, having an 8mb palm tree only used in 1 asset can tip the scales over to "crash" territory.
4mb is not bad for such a great asset as this, so it makes no sense to use an 8mb prop.

Its too bad this great plot uses the awful looking 8mb palm tree props.. I mean 8 mb for a bad looking palm tree. Would appreciate a variation of this plot with the robusta palms or just the vanilla palms.

Another minor thing: It doesn't have the "circle-bar" graphic in the menu to show that it has been built. I refer to the red circle and bar that other unique buildings have after they're built. As I said, it is but a minor thing. Otherwise, I love it; wish I could build more than one at a time!

I'm sorry but the title is pretty misleading, this looks nothing like the Marina Bay Resort, which is a famous establishment and casino in Singapore. It looks beautiful though!
