Very Nicely done! Maybe you should do the interceptors and such as well? :D
But anyways, I saw that you used interior light on every possible block to get some light.
Instead, you can just place a couple of them and then increase their´ light radius. Just a tips for any future ships or something like that.

It is capable of survival,
All thrusters are hidden except for the big butt, Thruster damage should be switched off

The Capital Ship Bay has to work, or else nogo on effort; good job though. I designed that very bay a while back just to see if I could get something like it to work, and yes. Good luck figuring it out :)
