@flyfish4life1 is add-on for zeus, you can add things from mission to it, normal you cannot control them

It works perfectly, but I don't like that it replaces some functionalities instead of adding them alongside with them, especially reinforcements, Besides that I really like this. :2018bestaward:

your mod is bad, it disappears in missions, after you reload the mission, without minding that in the editor you put a tick on the forced work of mods and the work of all mods, in the zeus master! redo it, or remove it, it shouldn't work like that!:steamthumbsdown:

Nevermind, im just very stupid and with enough playing around i found out you can do "Artillery Fire Mission" and select the amount of units involved <33333333

There's an addition that should be given in this mod, and its to allow the Zeus to fire multiple artillery targets shoot in areas.
as an example: 4 Mk6 Mortars shoot in a general area or precise location if the target is being spotted and they should be allowed to be fired at the same time).:melon:

If it can make an idiot like me able to put together a fun mission in Zeus, in the right hands I'm sure a good Zeus could solve world hunger with Ares. Great mod!

This mod is out of date and has not be maintained in over 2 years.
As @TevoTFM said, use Zeus Enhanced instead, as its an actively maintained improvement on Ares.

(Ares should really be taken off the workshop as its way out of date)

i have a different problem that i couldnt find elsewhere. in zeus the only thing i can see in my right tab is the zeus modules and nothing else, all units and groups are gone.

This mod has always worked great for me, though I seem to be having an issue lately. I'll be playing for a while, then the ares options will disappear. I can't find a way to bring them back without restarting the game.

I suddenly managed to solve the "problem" with removing Ares: there are two checkboxes in Eden Editor that have to be untoggled to unbinarize the Mission file. Otherwise it is on purpose not editable. Afterwards I needed two minutes to remove it. So no offence I was bit upset, because I edited the whole night before. ... Thumbs up.

For people having problems with Ares being required for your missions unexpectedly: You can remove the requirement for Ares by going into the mission.sqm file in a text editor and removing it from the addons[] and addonsAuto[] arrays. Unfortunately, ARMA decides to add it there automatically when you have the mod loaded. I'm not sure why.

Ares is outdated, use Ares Achilles by "Kex" instead.
