Awesome, loving your Philly buildings! Keep them coming! Have a request (cant hurt to ask).. how about a unique building for the combined twin towers of One and Two Commerce Sqaure, along with the courtyard? I worked for building managment for a few years, those buildings are fantastic! That would make my day (not that you care about me)

The maintenance cost has been updated to 4100. 10000 was the default for that item and I accidentally skipped over it while entering in all the information. Oops ; )
